Refinancing the home you actually live in — usually the simplest path to a better rate or unlocking equity.
About Equitability
As a lender, and now as a broker, with the genuine view that you have more value than you realise you can capitalise on.
I. The honest process
We start every conversation with a plain-language look at paydown and appreciation together, not rate alone.
You'll get real numbers before you get a phone call. Ask questions at your own pace.
Sometimes the right answer is "not yet." We'd rather tell you that than close a deal that doesn't serve you.
II. What we lend on
We don't dabble in commercial or business lending. Every loan we arrange is secured against residential property, across a few common shapes.

Refinancing the home you actually live in — usually the simplest path to a better rate or unlocking equity.

Refinancing a residential rental — often with different rate and tax considerations to your own home.

Refinancing to draw out useable equity for renovations, a deposit on another property, or other goals.
All variants of residential-secured lending. If what you're after falls outside residential property, we'll say so upfront rather than waste your time.
III. The team

Cillian's path into broking wasn't the usual one. He started out in Asset Management, learning how capital actually behaves over time, before moving into a BDM role focused on getting first-time buyers over the line and into their first home. That combination — the numbers side and the human side — is what shaped how he works today.
As a broker, he brings a genuinely deep understanding of the pathway to home ownership and, just as importantly, how to make the most of the equity you've already built. Clients tend to describe him as unflappable — refinancing can feel like a big, stressful decision, and Cillian's approach is to slow it down, explain the trade-offs plainly, and make sure you're never guessing.

Kieran holds an MSc in Banking and Finance, and his career has taken him from large corporate institutions through to private wealth — so he's seen how the same principles of debt, growth, and leverage play out at very different scales. What stuck with him is a simple idea: most people are sitting on more financial upside than they realise, and helping them see it and act on it is genuinely satisfying work.
He doesn't take himself too seriously, but he takes your situation seriously — asking the questions that actually matter, listening properly, and staying tactful even when the numbers get complicated. The goal is always the same: you leave the conversation with a clear answer and, usually, a laugh along the way.
